Print Settings
Printer Brand:
XYZprinting
Printer:
da Vinci 1.0 Pro 3in1
Supports:
Yes
Resolution:
.2mm

at least 50%
Notes:
I used PLA raft and support to keep warping to a minimum. You cannot print without supports. I would suggest printing in a stiff durable material.
Post-Printing
After Print
After the print you will need to do some sanding and filing to get the two sides to fit properly over the gun. once the two sides are fitting well, then you can use a small drill bit through the larger pin hole next to the take down (see fig.1) to mark and drill a hole in the left side of the mount. This hole is intended for an extended pin to be inserted for extra bracing, but may not be entirely necessary. You will also need to acquire a nut and screw for the picatinny rail clamp, the newest version (v1.1) fits a #8 machine screw/nut.

How I Designed This

I just used tinker CAD and found a 3d file scan of the hellcat. using the 3d file I was able to proportion everything.
Change log
The old files will always be available.
v1.1 -Rail fits better
-changed the screw/ nut to a #8, metric comparison is 4 mm.
