Summary
This is an adapter to fit a blower fan on the MP Select Mini.
Remove the old fan by unscrewing all 4 screws then snipping the wires. You can then pop the fan into the adapter and re-solder the wires.
No additional hardware needed, it fits over the existing fan shroud mount. You can reuse the old screws.
