If you don't want to bore a hole for cable ogranisers, you can glue this up.

It can hol up cables up 5mm diameter. It perfectly fits an ethernet cable.

You will need a glue or strong 2 sided glue.

I recommend it to print it upwards, like on the image, and use a tree support.
