This vegetable gripper is a replacement part for the Starfrit Spiralizer It prints in two parts to retain an M6 x 40 stainless steel hex head bolt.  The two halves were glued with original Gorilla Glue which expands as it dries. The assembly was coated with a food grade epoxy so that it is sealed and can be hand washed.

You can make adjustments to the OpenScad file for the gripper size.  Here are the parameters that I used.

If you want to slice the STL file yourself, cut the model at 12 mm from the base.  This will allow you to insert the bolt.  I used PrusaSlicer with the Frustum connectors to orient the two parts together for glueing.  Here are my settings:
