Modeled this in plasticity & fusion 360 for practice and tolerance test. It has built-in support; you can disable support in your slicer. Ball to ball distance is 0.16mm, ball to housing is 0.2mm & 0.3mm.

I test print 0.3mm with my old Ender 3 (stock 8-bit board) and come out ok. So, I believe newer generation printer should be able to print this just nice. Let me know your result.
