This simple drybox is made of a cereal container and uses silica gel beads to dry filament to about 20-30% humidity.

• 10mm diameter rod (Mine is aluminium)
• Roughly 100-200mm section of bowden tube
• Bowden tube passthrough sharkbite fitting
• 18x ST2.2x13 (26x13mm) screws
• Silica gel beads
• Glue/silicon for sealing cereal lid dispenser

Assembly Notes

• Most mounts have an inner and outer component for scews to screw into
• Position the spool inside your chosen container and mark where the spool rod mounts should be
• Once spool rod mounts are installed and parallel, cut the rod to width and slip both spool roller over top - this design does not use bearings, as there should be minimal friction between metal and plastic
• Drill hole size of outer diameter of bowden tube and install sharkbite mount
• Hygrometer can be installed in flip lid section once lid has been sealed with silicon/glue
• Fill box with gel beads and attatch lid and drop inside
