This thing is still a work in progress, so Stencil-O-Matic compatibility is not functional yet. However, you can still make a stencil pattern.

Simply click "Open in Customizer" and follow the prompts in the fields.
Please stay away from using the "Stencil" tab, that's still a work in progress.
