I made this Filament Roller or Holder because other filament rollers (the ones that have the spool rolling on bearings and are low to the ground) seem to put more than necessary stress on the extruder assembly. This model allows the spool to smoothly rotate without causing a lot of stress. Yes, I have tested it. The hexagonal pattern was included to make the model strong without using a lot of filament, and it just looks cool.

Print Instructions:

I would use your own print settings, or if you don't want to do that, you can use the Gcode file I have included. The Gcode file was made using the system presets: Prusment PLA and 0.2mm Quality. I have included a 3mf file, which I suggest using.
