This is a functional remix of the popular miter clamping tool concept, designed for improved strength when 3D printed. The clamping blocks are based on the geometry of the similar miter clamping blocks but include a reinforced center rib to enhance rigidity with plastic prints. While the commercial versions are machined aluminum, this remix ensures durability with FDM materials.

Each block is printed flat for optimal strength and ease, at 40–50% infill. No supports are required. These blocks are perfect for holding miters at 90° during glue-ups.

Included is a custom-designed, original wall rack that neatly stores up to 12 blocks. The rack prints flat with the shelves facing up, and no supports are needed for the retainer lip at the end of each shelf.
