Notes:
Whether you need a raft or not will depend on your bed adhesion, i didn't need one as i have a heated bed. I used 0.3 mm, haven't tried it with lower resolutions but it shouldn't make a big difference. Do not go below 15% infill if it is going to experience any kind of stress.
