It's a simple thing that, you know, holds toothbreesh. It fits on the brackets that hold my mirror (and probably millions of mirrors out there).

The holders are offset, so that you can store your breesh in a way that prevents them from dripping on each other, in case that matters to your immediate surroundings.

Print. Remove mirror. Attach holder. Replace mirror and toothbreesh.

You can adapt the bracket part in case you have differently sized brackets, or the holder parts in case you have overly ergonomic toothbreesh in the scad files.
