Summary

I designed it so that it can be attached in a variety of places and the flow direction can be easily adjusted.
You will need a very long (> 25 cm) cable tie. Or you can simply connect two cable ties.
I had previously considered installing a threaded sleeve and securing it even better with a grub screw. In my case, however, it is stable enough.
