Use some braided sleeving (look on ebay) and zip clip over the top to take the strain off your control board.

Simply print out and you longer bolts straight through from the front z support. Get your cable in a nice curve and use a zip clip to hold in place.
I will need to make a strain relief for the extruder end at some point probably based on a clamp around the extruder motor - thoughts?
