Simple removable hinge. It is used as outer hinge so the leaves are shifted. Customizable dimensions, fillets and location of holes for screws.

I use it for a box so the hinge is not exposed to the front (like ordinary hinge would) and the door can be removed completely if needed.

If you have non-zero gapZ, you can split the model in the slicer (Split to objects). But you need to set "Slice gap closing radius" to 0, otherwise it will blend the parts.

It is better for strength to print it split and standing.

For high strength choose 0.15 / 0.16 layers (0.4 nozzle) and turn off the fan.
