Caulk wipers with different corner radiuses for getting gaps closed nice and even with silicone or acrylic. The acute angles of the wipers allow you to keep the caulk in the gap instead of smearing it across the adjacent surfaces.

Print with TPU - a shore hardness of 95A works well. I recommend using grid infill to prevent the wiper from becoming too flexible.
