Update: I have added some larger sizes, to save the hassle of scaling. The large lid should work for any of the large sizes (L, XL, XXL), but the small size will only work with the small lid. 

This pill case can easily be slipped in your pocket. I couldn't find one the size and shape I wanted in the store so I designed this (inspired by similar design by ccantwel). They can be scaled, but hopefully the new sizes will make this unnecessary in most cases. I personally use the large size. I have found that depending on the printer and settings used, you may have to scale the lid slightly larger or smaller to get the perfect fit. For instance, on my old A8 the lid was on the tight side, but on my CR10, which is more accurate, it comes out a little loose. 

The lid will usually latch into the base when you push it all the way closed. If it does not, or if you would like the lid to latch more securely, heat it slightly (hair dryer set to hot, or heat bed set to 75C works for PLA) and bend the end of the lid down very slightly and hold in position until cool. It will not need much of a bend to work,  To open, just lift slightly on the end of the lid, and push it off (see marked picture).

A small layer height (less than .24) allows you to print with no support. Some cleanup around the edges of the lid might be necessary if you have too much squish on the first layer. I've printed these in both PLA and PETG, but PETG might be a better choice if you occasionally forget to check your pockets and run things through the laundry like I do. I've lost a couple of them to the heat of the dryer!
