I created this H-snap (that's what I'm calling it) for connecting parts without glue. It's been great for splitting large models, or models that are better printed in pieces for orientation reasons. Or you could use them in conjunction with glue to hold the model pieces together and keep them perfectly aligned while drying. The world is your oyster!!!

How-To:

1. Use the "pocket" file to cut a void in the part before splitting.
2. Make sure that the middle of the pocket is centered on the cut line.
3. Split the part and print! It works best if the split faces are horizontal so that the pockets are aligned with the z-axis.
4. I use Blender for this process, but you could do it directly in PrusaSlicer if you want to.
