Summary

This is really just a little exercise in how to modify STL file programatically using OpenSCAD. You should like, print and share all the the original designs from @timcel, he probably did the one you are looking for already. But in case it isn't there, see below...

The commented code at the top shows how I removed text. I adjusted the position so it was centered on the origin and the top surface at the XY-plane. I did that by trial and error using one of the original STL designs. The difference() operation with a cube centered over the face removes the text. I saved that as SweatHeart.stl, then import it again for the basic heart shape in the two modules below. I commented that code out since now we can just use the new STL file without the text, but left it in for a reference

The second sections shows a one and two line examples. Change it to any text you like

The final section is the two modules used in the examples. You might need to adjust font size, position or spacing to get things to fit nicely.
