Summary
Cospad... what?
This is my second cospad case, see https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3233852 for more details.
RecentIy, have been strongly inspired by a KBDFans work: this cospad case has a diamond-like shape very similar to the 5 degree KBDFans, apologize my self for cloning it, but I like it very much (as you can see I have one of the original for my GK64).
V2 (2019-02-26)
New V2 version is out, it is now more similar to the original 5 degree case. I have printed it somehow roughly with a 0.24mm layer height, but it still looks nice (matt black/grey like version in the pictures).
V1
This is the very first version, the design has some issues, the most important of which is that the angle is not 5 degree :-)
Updates will come soon (or later).
PCB screws
I used threaded inserts of 2x4x3.5 mm (inner, outer diameters and height), PCB is hold by 4 M2 4mm-height screws.
Aside notes
I am using this pad also for testing different switches thus I made the PCB hotswappable by means of Holtite sockets. In the current build I am using Kailh Box Navy switches, they are really cool (if you are a clicky person).
