Summary
The original model's top fins were very thin and the points on the bottom were not flat. The improved version has much sturdier fins, and the points are now flat and can rest on a table or other surface.
The Printable Version has the bottom points flattened to be better printed by FDM. Support material is recommended but may not be required on some printers.
