I have quite deep drawers in my shop, and I hate it to waste alot of space, so this gridfinity-bins are for all kinds of rotary-tool (aka. Dremel) tools and accessories and they are stackable. They are all in a 2x2 unit footprint for maximum flexibility, the height is as high as needed (the models are 5,7,9 and 11 units in height). Some models are available in different heights. The models have magnet-options for the “gridfinity refined” style, but if you don't like them, use “gridfinity rebased” to change them.
- Auxilliary bin: Used to store collets, chucks, a spanner, and round containers. Provides also limited space for tools with regular 3mm/3.2mm shafts
- Tools bin: has a grid of 8x8 3.2mm holes for most tools that have a regular 3mm shaft. Available in 2 different heights
- Consumeables bin: has 9 vertical posts for 13mm sanding-bands
- Discs bin: has cavities for 3 different sizes of discs, including the speed-click-discs as well as a square cavity
- Polishing bin: features some space for round polishing consumeables (~25-26mm diameter IIRC) as well as three rectangular cavities for random stuff.
All bins feature “DREMEL” Text on the inside. I tried to pick a font that somewhat resembles the original Dremel Logo, however, it is not identical.
It goes well together with my gridfinity bin for the dremel 3000.
The models use quite alot of filament, however they are very sturdy and the main priority still was stackability, not optimization of filament-use.
