A compact arcade stick with a full-size Sega P1 layout. I wanted something that would print more or less in one piece with no visible mounting hardware on the top.

Requires:
3x 24mm Pushbuttons
6x 30mm Pushbuttons
1x Sanwa JLF Stick
1x Neutrik USB connector
1x Some kind of board (I'm using a padhacked ds4)
11x M3 thread inserts (5.7mm length, 4.6mm major diameter)
11x M3 countersunk screws (8mm total length, 4 of these might need to be longer depending on your stick's plate)

Note that I've added an extra screw to the design since I printed mine, so imagine there's at third one along the bottom edge in the photo. I've tried to account for tolerances with things like the lid design, but I'm making all of this up as I go along so I've also included my cad file to let you do better if you want.

Main Body:
Print with the main deck surface against the bed. Infill probably doesn't need to be very high, maybe 15%, possibly less. I printed with 4 walls but I assume you could do 3 if you wanted. I used 4 top and 4 bottom layers. I printed this on an Ender 3, if you have your printer dimensions right in your slicer (I'm 230x235mm) you have just enough room to print it without any skirts if you pick your priming line off.

Lid:
Print with the countersinks facing the bed, so that the surface you see when it's assembled is the smooth bed side. I used 3 perimeters, and something like 3 bottom and 2 top layers, but I'm going to redo mine with more top/bottoms to make it stiffer since mine's just a little bit wobbly.

After printing, sink the inserts down to just below flush (for PLA+ I had my iron set to 350c), then fill it with your parts and button it up.
