Summary
A parametric vial rack, originally intended for headspace vials, but could of course be used for anything you want.
The columns have a letter heading, the rows have a number heading, just like Excel ;-)
The rack has slightly skewed walls, which protrude from the vial holders by 1 mm.
The SCAD is preset for 22x46 vials, and fragment numbers $fn of 15 for editing.
Before rendering to STL I've set both fragment number inputs to 360.
NB Be sure to enter the actual vial diameter!

Notes:
The column/row heading is not so visible when using transparent filament, a dark primary color could be optimal.rnrnFor the rafts between the holder cilinders, to ensure good stiffness, I entered a 2.1 raft factor, but when your retraction is optimized, and your printer has no trouble printing single walls, this can be set to 1.rnrnFurthermore, I've used another material for support, with and Ooze-shield based on a 3 loops skirt.
Post-Printing
Remove support and clean up all oozing/string remains for a perfect vial fit.
