Summary
This lets you generate adapters to use the wall mount holes in the bottom of most networking gear, and mount the device in Leviton structured media cabinets. In addition to the printed part, you will need some appropriate screws (I have found that sheet metal #6 at 1/2" in length are fine) for the wall mount nubs, and Leviton's push-lock fasteners.
The STL included has appropriate spacing for putting a D-Link DGS-1016a switch (see the pictures).
The .scad file will allow you to create (horizontal) mounts between two of the cabinet's holes as selected from the hole_pitch array (listed by distance in inches from the left side of the enclosure). From there, I've included several example devices that should help you understand what's going on. Because the Leviton cabinet measures out in inches, the .scad file takes the distance between mounting pins in inches.

Notes:
I made this with 6 walls (and top and bottom) and 20% infill. I'm not confident it won't sag with time, but it's not like most consumer-grade networking gear is full of lead and steel, so adjust fire as needed.
