Print on the side, (to give strength).
Print RH clamp with support – ‘everywhere’
Print LH clamp with support – ‘touching build plate’

Use a minimum of 30% fill with 1.6mm walls.

Clean off support carefully to ensure a good fit in the hinge area. (support 10% infill)

2/3 strong elastic bands give a nice clamping action.

Clips are 120mm x 50mm x 20mm – scale as needed.
