Summary

Note that this should in principle fit anything else with the T8PLUS_V12 2023-06-17 motherboard if not more. There are many other N100 PCs that use this board, I think the T9 Plus possibly uses it too, as does the Chatreey mini PC.

You will need:
-1 print of Box. I printed on an Ender 3 without supports and it came out perfectly, but you may need to enable them if your printer or material doesn't handle bridges and overhangs well. You may wish to consider a brim if your printer or material is prone to warping.
-1 print of Box Underside. No supports needed.
-1 print of Power Button. Depending on how your slicer is set up you may need to enable supports, though I would recommend blocking supports in the centre and printing in transparent PLA if you want the LED to shine through the power button
-4x M2 heat sink threaded inserts and M2 ~8mm screws
-4x M2.5 heat sink threaded inserts and M2.5 ~8mm screws
Assembly instructions:
- Fit the M2 heat sink inserts into the four mainboard mounts at the bottom of the upside down case. (They're really easy to use if you haven't used them before - just place one lightly on the tip of a soldering iron heated to about 200C, push gently into the posts, then twist the soldering iron out and allow to cool)
- Fit the M2.5 heat sink inserts into the four base plate mounts at the top of the upside down case.
- Insert the power button into the case, with the groove channel facing upwards.
- Lower the mainboard into the case, at a slight angle with ethernet port-side first. As you do so, insert the CMOS battery into the holder and attach WiFi antennas.
- Finish seating the mainboard and insert screws, taking care not to put pressure against the power switch (the groove in the side of the case should allow it to be fitted easily). Gently agitating the power button may help the switch get into place.
- Ensure the power button presses correctly. If not, you may need to sand it down - the tolerances are quite tight
- Fit the 'box lid' (actually the underside of the case) and screw down.
- Enjoy your system.
Some further notes:
-My board revision is inscribed T8PLUS_V12 2023-06-17. These mass produced systems often get revised - if yours is a newer or older board you may need to modify the case to suit. I am unsure on compatibility for different models and revisions so check your boards. Note that this system is under a variety of brands (Acemagician T8 Plus, T9 Plus possibly has same board, GloTrends T8 etc)
-I recommend replacing the Wictyp mSATA SSD with a proper NVMe drive, as the Wictyp drive is garbage and will often hang during file transfers.
-There is enough clearance for a 4mm high heatsink to be attached to the SSD, which I recommend doing. In my case I used four of those black 9x9x4mm stepper heatsinks.
-There is enough space for a 3-4mm thermal pad between the RAM chip and the heatsink, it is worth adding.
-I have removed the WiFi card from my system so I don't 100% know where the antennas are best seated in this case. Let me know if you have any problems with this.
-At 100% infill with brims the whole thing uses about 83 grams of PLA.
