This is a doorstop that I made to enable my cats to enter the guest-bathroom without doing anything invasive to the frame or door, like attaching a long hook.

You can adjust/scale the height in your printer software if your foam strips are wider or thinner than mine. Mine where 14 mm wide, so I made the model that thick as well.

Clean up your print. Put it under your faucet and turn on the hot water, while also "pinching" the doorstop (pic below). If you burn yourself, its probably too hot. After maybe 30 seconds the altered shape should help the doorstop with its grip on the frame.

Get yourself some addhesive foam strips of the same width as the print (or scale the print to fit, whatevs). I use GEKO Waterproof Multipurpose Adhesive Gasket. See pic below.

Apply the foam around the doorstop in any location where the doorstop might come in contact with the door, doorframe, or walls.

Simple as.
