Summary
This is an adapter from 1 1/4" bsp to 1" or 25mm hose for filler and 3/8" or 10mm hose for vent. It was designed for a slim under ute, (pickup), tray water tank which only had one available fitting.
Sorry about the poor photos, I must get a new camera.
