Summary
My son and I have the same Milwaukee heated coats so I made this Zipper Nut so I can identify my coat. The Zipper Nut is small but you can feel it when you zip up the zipper.

Notes:
Both Nut and back Bolt are not threaded, but press fitted because of the small size. Both are printed with the flat side down (as shown in the pictures). I put a thin solid layer in the Nut between the two different sized holes so support material will not be need. The thin layer acts like a bridge to allow the smaller hole to be printed on top of the bridge. This bridge can be removed after printing. I have included the 123D files so it can be modified for your zipper size.
Post-Printing
This printed for me very tight and took some detailed clean up for the two peaces so they fit together. I used an Exacto knife to clean up any artifacts on the Nut and Bolt. Remove the bridge in the center of the nut. The bolt is pressed into the zipper hole and the nut pressed on the front of the zipper. If the fit is loose, it can be glued together.
