I made this simple solution for my gpu that sagged very considerably. It can adjust from 87.5mm to 150mm (3.44" - 5.9"). It sits on the bottom of your case or the psu basement and extends up to a flat area on your gpu.

The first time you thread the nut onto the adjustable threads it will be a tight fit but once it's been adjusted fully then it becomes much easier to adjust.
