I found a problem with the filament present housing, on my XY 2 Pro, it had been worn away with filament movement through the switch housing causing possible jams.
Cause due to
- Too acute the angle of filament being fed through the housing.
- Housing of filament switch feed intake wall thickness too thin
- A mixture of 1. and 2.
a simple fix until I update
