I needed a simple stand to display my lightsaber, so I designed it from scratch. It fits handles with a diameter of up to 65mm and lifts the lightsaber about 7 cm off the ground.

I chose to print two parts at once, which speeds up the process; I used a layer height of 0.3 mm and an infill rate of 20%. The printing time is approximately 75 minutes. A better surface quality can be achieved by reducing the layer height to 0.15 mm. Alternatively, variable layer height can be utilized by lowering it to 0.1 mm in the inclined upper sections.

My lightsaber has a full-size 40-inch blade that’s attached very securely.
