Inspired by the Fireball Tools Mega Square but redesigned with the idea that its a stand alone tool used outside the shop or without a fixture table always available. It has some different geometry and new features centered around using this as a solo fixture you carry with you. The slots cutout on the angled faces are for sliding sheet metal into and the holes are sized to comfortably fit ¼ inch studs or holts to level your material with. Should be able to take about 100lbs comfortably and maybe as much as 200 depending on how its loaded.
I put some different print profiles in there for anyone who's interested. One is a standard strength slightly hollow part with about 30% gyroid infill. The other is a solid plastic part with special settings to get as close to an injection molded part as possible.
One day I will afford the original Fireball Tools squares and a real table from them, but until I am able to spend the money on their top of the line equipment I will remix and remake with my own designs to fit what I do. Anyone who can afford Fireball Tools should absolutely go buy them they are the best of the best and designed by people who really work with them and use them.
