Impossible Passthrough Fidget

A satisfying passthrough fidget toy, designed from scratch in Onshape. No supports, no assembly, no AMS required — just print and play.

About this model This fidget was fully designed by me in Onshape as a print-in-place mechanism. They are ready to use straight off the build plate.

Print settings (A1 Mini)

• Nozzle: 0.4 mm
• Layer height: 0.2 mm
• Infill: 15% (gyroid recommended)
• Supports: None
• Filament: PLA (tested), PETG should work too

Tips If parts feel a bit tight after printing, flex them gently a few times — they'll loosen up quickly. Printing slightly slower (around 80%) can improve clearance quality. If slide in make sure to remove every failures.
