Design Concept

The wire guide is designed with functionality and ease of use in mind. Its simple structure ensures smooth wire feeding and reduces entanglement.

Purpose

this wire guide is for 8awg to 4/0 wire to be pulled off a wire rack onto a table making it easy to pull and cut to proper lenght over multiple cuts

Printing Tips

• Use PLA or PETG for durability.
• Consider a layer height of 0.2mm for better detailing.
• Supports may be necessary depending on the orientation used for printing.

Assembly Instructions

i ran a 2 1/2 inch #10 bolt  through the center then attached spring to each side of the bolt to the base to create down force on the wire .
