Scrooms are a race characterized by their many passives and fungus-like appearance. Scrooms are one of the weaker races mainly used by new players, exploiters, and people farming grips. However, the race can be decently powerful as a Druid, and if one happens to find a Mysterious Artifact and choose the Scroom Key they can transform into a Metascroom by going to Castle in the Sky.

Scroom players are a mixed bag when it comes to skill. They can very well be clueless about what they are doing or purposefully putting themself at a disadvantage by playing a race that lack combat buff. This becomes especially relevant in Khei, where Scroom is one of the most questionable races to go to khei with. So usually, you should expect a tough fight if fighting a Scroom in Khei since they likely know what they are doing.

If burned to death, Scrooms will drop a cooked Scroom. However this is bugged, has the resulting cooked Scroom drop as a bag and is immediately picked up by the dying Scroom.
If Scrooms let you have your hair, it would be a bright red. Your red hair will sometimes show up for a second or two when spawning in.
The color of their heads is random upon making a new character and affects nothing except drip. Exception being the glowscroom variant, which are more noticeable at night or in dark areas.
If you click on a Scroom while they're decomposing, their head will bob back and forth.
All Scrooms have the word "Fung" in their name. Even with a switch witch, the player can not remove this (Mayor Prince Pinky can say "no" to this rule due to his spec.).
Even if you go Faceless, you will become Fungless One. You cannot escape 'Fung' names. But why would you want to?
Scrooms used to be smaller than everyone else, why this was changed was probably due to the fact that it would make them harder to hit.
You can't break your arms by falling, as you require a broken leg beforehand which they can't get. Scrooms are just chad like that. (You can't break any bones in general)

Scrooms, similar to Ashiins have a very strong sense of brotherhood between each other. This tradition can lead to them potentially teaming up.
Scrooms can get metal arms, getting rid of your natural part just might be more difficult.
Scroom freshie armor does not count as an armor, so you are technically naked (this was proven by the fact you cannot dye armor as a Scroom with no armor)
Decompose is currently very buggy. One attribute is that when you decompose, you are suspended in the position you are and cannot be moved or pushed. One glitch with this is hovering. If you Viribus on a material like stone, then have the capability of decomposing on top of the pillar, then when the pillar despawns you will stay decomposing in the air. You can then do /e chill (the only emote that works with decompose) and pretend like you are flying. However, this can also happen by accident. If you decompose while on the Central Sanctuary elevator (the one that heads to the Sigil Trainer), the elevator will phase through you and continue going up or down. You will be stuck in the air until you un-decompose, which has a chance to get you AA Gunned.
There is currently a bug with Detoxify. When you decompose, your limbs are folded into your torso torso goes underground. However, if you hit someone with Detoxify, you will go out of decompose, but will still have the folded torso. If you get rag dolled or roll, it will go out of this. However, you have a chance of being hit by the AA Turret because of this. If you Detoxify while still going into the decompose animation (going into the earth), it will not bring you out of decompose, which is safe. You can then undecompose normally.
Despite lore, Scrooms are mostly not aggressive, and usually only attack when attacked. (This is complete bullshit 99% of scrooms are cracked and will kill you)
Despite the fact that your immune to poison, you will still be combat tagged if you touch poison (at least it wears off after a while... right? Right).
There was once an ability called "Scroom Gate" but it was removed long ago.

If you see a Scroom with a mythril weapon and freshie armor, RUN they will grip you if you are not a scroom
