The original electronics enclosure for the Ender 5 has a port for the cable (when mounted to the back) that is just raw sheet metal.  This gromet when printed in TPU works perfectly at protecting the cables from being cut during normal operations. 

Suggested printing at 0.16 layer height with 3 walls.  Align it on the square side, so the side with the angles are on the top.  This way no supports are needed. 

If you already have wires in there, just cut one side of this gromet to help with insertion around the existing cables.
