Shift knob with a M16x1.5 threaded hole. This is the size of adapter we used on this car.  I'm including the STEP file for easier modification.  I had to print this at 102% to get the threads the tolerance needed to fit correctly.  

There is a dodge emblem in the top recessed enough for multi material painting.  I didn't use supports, but it might not be a bad idea.
