This is a part of my DPS gaming chair's back support that broke. It's a quick model I made to fix the issue in the short term, so the measurements aren't perfect. The bolt holes are a little small, so I had to use a drill. I'd suggest increasing the size if you don't want the hassle of getting a drill out.
