This 3‑D printable mount is designed to hold a 0.5 mL Eppendorf tube (with a 50 µL sample in the cap) at a fixed, user‑defined distance from a Dymax RediCure UV‑LED wand.
Sample positioning – The tube is seated on a recessed tray that aligns the cap with the LED’s focal plane. The tray depth and inner diameter are sized for a 0.5 mL Eppendorf tube, allowing a 50 µL volume to be placed in the lid.
Attachment to the LED wand – A single M3 threaded grub screw is used to fasten the mount to the wand.
Collimator – In most setups the LED wand includes a collimator lens. . For experiments where a collimator is not needed, a removable “collimator mock” can be inserted into the mount to preserve the same optical path length.
All files were printed using PLA with 0.4mm nozzle.
