This is a drop-dead simple solution to routine problem I was having with my Quest charging dock. Most docks that use the 3-pin charging connector are designed to be used with the original strap. After-market headstraps change the angle of the headset creating contact issues with the pins.

This shim goes under the base of the strap to restore the correct angle and provides a consistent connection every time. I notched out an area for the cord so it it keeps everything organized and tidy. It's working great for me, hopefully it does for others as well.
