I have seen this video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bBK4knFWUj0) recently on my for you page and was pretty intrigued to create a simple case for a google pixel watch. I've got the watch today and since I am a bit lazy I did a quick and dirty case design for my own purposes.

This is made for the first generation of google pixel watches. I have tried to pay attention to everything. I have not tried it, but I hope the charger fits behind the clip.

I have included the SLDPRT-Data so you guys can feel free to remix it in any way. I want to improve the design myself, because right now you need 4 M2 screws (length: 2x14 & 2x16) and two inserts/nuts respectively. I want to design a simple clip mechanism and lower the part count to 2 overall.

Mine was printed in white PLA and almost default print settings.
