Found a 12" Impulse Sealer in the back of my shop that must have been dropped. After replacinng a broken microswitch (inside), new sealing wire and PTFE tape, new non-skid feet, only the broken handle remained.

Had to drill out one of the two screws holding remnants of the broken phenolic handle. Printed the replacement in Carbon Fiber PLA (no supports).
