Summary
This project is a modified version of my "Macro Focus Rail to Automate Shooting Stacked Photos" project at: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6445990. Look at that project for more discussion on parts and assembly. A video for this project is available on YouTube at: https://youtu.be/PO39IcjKHOo
In addition to the STL files for printing, I have included the FreeCAD files if you want to modify or just view the design. FreeCAD is free and is a great program to create printable models. I have also included the arduino sketch and the fritzing file, schematic and breadboard layout.
The lead screw set is available on Amazon.
The battery holder was designed for a battery I purchased for running the arduino. It has USB power output and 12 volt output. I don't think the exact battery is available so you might have to design your own holder. Velcro is an easy alternative which I have used before.

Notes:
When arranging parts on a mounting board, the platform should be fastened to the linear bearings. The lead screw nut mount should be attached to the platform. The lead screw nut should be attached to the mount. The pillow block bearings should be attached to the mounts. The stepper motor should be attached to the mount. Then insert the rails and lead screw. Move the platform back and forth to be sure the rails are parallel and mark the mounting holes. Then make sure the lead screw is parallel to the rails and mark the holes for the pillow block mounts and the stepper motor mount.
Attention: Although not all STL files have rendered as images in Thingiverse, downloading all files does get all files I have downloaded. I have tested and verified the download.
