This device is developed to attach to the TOM device. TOM stands for Tikkun Olam Makers and the device is their Custom PJ Prosthesis. The device will use the rotation of an amputee's forearm to utilize end attachments. A string will be attached through the holes at the top and when the forearm rotates it will rotate the center piece and constrict the string. It is similar to using an arm joint to constrict a string and utilize the end piece.
