The Hall mount is rotatable in the base to calibrate the position, then locked with a couple of screws.
There are a couple of options for the arm. One with a rotating knob and the other with a fixed one. A screw can be fitted up under the knob on the fixed one too, and a magnet could then be used to hold it at the home position.
I am building this for a model train controller.
