As i wanted the covers to be easily removed, magnets seemed like the superior option to rivets. On top of that, i wanted the colour to be lighter, as i painted my core one retro-beige to match the rest of my office interior. These files should allow you to have a machineshop cut new panels, that allow 3 x 10 x 30mm magnets to be inserted with the printable fittings (easily found on webshops like Ali-express or Amazon). this should create some very low profile panels that hold firm, while being easy to remove.

The sidepanel with a grill air intake was inspired by BaGooN's side-vent. https://www.printables.com/model/1294331-prusa-core-one-side-vent-cover But i didn't end up using it, as the top vent was functioning just fine on my machine.

For the visuals, I should have lined up the magnets to cover rivet holes on the side plate better, but feel too lazy to change it now. This mod was made prior to Prusa uploading all sizes, so the measurements where done by hand. Some filing may be needed for a proper fit on the door.

The top and side plates are 2mm thick, the door is 3mm. As i didn't have any CNC tooling or laser cutters at home, i hired a webshop to cut the designs out of polycarbonate. Plexiglas/ acrylic supposedly handles the maximum enclosure temperature before it starts to deform, but i went with polycarbonate, just to be safe.
