Here are three sets of boxes of different size. The large box can be used to store Latter or A4 papers. The middle one suits for passport-size documents.

The lid snaps and holds. To open pull by the lid corner, which has a notch for pulling.

The box itself can be printed using hard plastic, but the lid has to be elastic. The optimal material for the lid is PETG. The box can be PETG, PLA or anything but TPU-like material. If the lid is from PLA, it may work, but could be difficult to pull the lid off.

No support is needed. Increase number of walls for strength (optional).
