I threw this together in Fusion360. It slips over a 5mm Air Compressor blower nozzle. It is capable of reaching heights of about 100 feet and distance about 200 feet when pressure is at 120PSI. It is good for physics demonstrations related to initial velocity and maximum distances.

Do not point it at anyone or any animals. The video shows you why.
