Summary
I've replaced the leatherman bit driver extender with a ratchet driver so I was trying to work out what to do with the now surplus to requirements bit driver extender.
Solution - 3D printed handle
This is the first print of the design. There is a small mistake where the insert is slightly to narrow. I forced the bit driver into the print and thats worked just fine.
